The Evolution of Concrete Attention Structures on Project Portfolio Selection Decision: A NK-model Simulation
One of the critical problems for decision-making is how to allocate managers attention. The efficient allocation of attention needs a reasonable concrete attention structure. In this paper, we build a NK-model to describe the evolution of managers attention structure. Combined with the structure view of attention allocation, we analyze the evolution route of concrete attention structure to explain managers attention allocation on the decision-making perspective about project portfolio selection.
