The Researches on Knowledgeable Employees Performance Management Based upon Value added

The high performance of knowledgeable employee is the foundation of the enterprise improvement While how to appraise and raise their performance is a difficult problem. This thesis analyzes the current situation of the knowledgeable employees performance management, discusses deeply in the performance management flow, based on input, operation, output as the clue, researches the knowledgeable employees performance system based upon value added. So that it can put forward the new solution and measure of the problem.
