Evaluation of Transportation Planning Program Based on Unascertained Number
From a number of sets of the planning scheme, using mathematical methods to quantitatively evaluate the pros and cons of these programs, choose the best program, which is the evaluation of planning program. In this paper, a new evaluation method is proposed by analyzing evaluation problem of transportation planning program including the characteristics of uncertain information. Firstly, the indexes of evaluation of transportation planning program are discussed and main factors are obtained and grading standards is put forward. Secondly, factor results and index weights are qualitatively described. Thirdly, the qualitative results are transformed to quantities value. Then unascertained number of factor results and index weights are established. Finally, using unascertained number algorithm, the result of evaluation is worked out. The method is verified by a case study.
