The Method and Application for Estimating Construction Project Costs

摘要：

This paper in order to systematically describe the project cost forecasting system. We introduced the index valne of membership degree and the closeness degree calculation and used exponential smoothing method to establish cost pricing model. Finally, an example was applied to verify the model.
