Study on the Enterprises Technological Innovation Efficiency and Intellectual Property Protection
As indicated front the experience of developed countries and mature marketing economy, the more strictly protection, the more active in the field of enterprises technology innovation. The protection of the intellectual property rights is one of the basic guarantee for the smooth operation of the marketing economy. In this paper, a new evaluation method — DEA evaluation method—and a broadly census was conducted in order to shed light to the relationship between the intellectual property protection and technological innovation of the enterprise. The research results indicate that the proper protection of the intellectual property is necessary for the technological innovation. In order to get the economy growth, the intellectual property protection should strengthen in the future for the economy development.
