The Research on the Dynamic Management Mechanisms of Product Innovation Intrapreneurship of SMEs

摘要：

In order to promote sustainable development of SMEs through intrapreneurship, we have made a related comprehensive research in this paper. Firstly; we have found that the SMEs in China should carry out product innovation intrapreneurship; by analyzing intrapreneurial management elements and management links, we have built the intrapreneurship process model, and established the dynamic management mechanisms for intrapreneurship.
