Research on the Manufacturing Equipment Selection Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Theory
The evaluation indicators on the manufacturing equipment selection ware analyzed from the four major aspects of the equipment flexibility, the technical performance, the economy and the environment. The Hierarchical structure model was established for the selection of equipment based on analytic hierarchy process. The weight of each index was calculated by calculating the experts judgment matrix. The options on the selection of manufacturing equipment ware evaluated based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to select the best equipment. The effectiveness of the method was verified by example. The steps of this method and its application in the equipment selection ware described in detail.
