The Study of Maintain System of Dispatched Workers Psychological Contract
from the perspective of psychological contract, based on analysis of psychological contract formation process model and fixing on the dimensions of psychological contract, construct a support system of dispatched workers psychological contract. Finally, a psychological contract to maintain two-way dispatch coordination mechanism has been established, so as to provide an effective proposal on maintaining the psychological contract.
