Problems and Solutions of Chinas Industrial Cluster Technology Innovation
Industry cluster is a double-edged sword and technology innovation both have external economic effects and external non-economic effects. But people always ignore problems resulted from industrial technological innovation. This paper has summarized and analyzed problems existed in Chinas industrial cluster innovation and put forward the corresponding strategies. We believe that dialectic mechanism of industrial cluster and innovation must be comprehensively taken into consideration so that technology innovation policy of improving industry competitiveness and promoting regional development can be achieved.
