Research on Electronic Centralized-decentralized Procurement Mode in Enterprise Groups
With the penetration of electronic commerce, centralized electronic purchasing will be a kind of efficient tool for Group Co. to reduce cost of purchasing and improve its competency. Advantages and disadvantages of electronic centralized procurement was analysed.Based on the feasibility analysis of the implementation of electronic centralizeddecentralized procurement in Handan, Hebei Transportation Group Co., Ltd,an electronic centralized-decentralized procurement mode was put forword, which retains the advantages and makes up for shortcomings of the traditional centralized procurement mode,and some difficulties that may exist were pointed out in the process of implementation.
