E-HR and Firm Performance in Chinese Context
This paper attempts to investigate the relationship between e-HR and firm performance in Chinese context. We analyzed the incentives of e-HR and its impacts on firm performance in Chinese context based on the description of previous studies of e-HR. We established the relation model of e-HR and firm performance. The paper also discussed paths on firm performance improved by e-HR in Chinese context. Then it put forward the direction of the future research of Chinese e-HR. This paper provides a certain degree of reference for HR managers to improve firm performance by using e-HR system in Chinese context.
