Video Broadcast System Based On Scalable Video Coding (SVC)

摘要：

The traditional video broadcast system can not adapt to the variable terminals and heterogeneous network in modern times, this paper presents a video broadcast system solution based on scalable video coding.The presented system improves the shortages caused by variable terminals and heterogeneous network, and consequently, providing a better video service by adopting scalable video coding scheme.
