Evaluating Service Quality of the Subject Librarian Based on Fuzzy Variable
Evaluation on subject librarian service quality is the key step to get a better subject librarian service quality and obtain consumers satisfaction. In this paper, a new approach, which is based on fuzzy variable, analytical hierarchy process and entropy method, is proposed to deal with the problem of the subject librarian service quality evaluation. Case study is provided to illustrate the implementation and effectiveness of the method.
