Development of Multichannel Parameter Test System in Wood Drying Kiln Based on DSP
This paper discussed the design of automatic measuring system in wood drying kiln using DSP as a MCU. Meanwhile, in order to improve detection accuracy of the drying kilns parameters, we analyzed and selected the sensor for the detection, and proposed ways to improve the detection accuracy. Experimental results show that the system is stable, high accuracy, and reliable in real-time data acquisition. The accuracy of temperature measurement is ± 0.5℃. The accuracy of equilibrium moisture content and wood moisture content is± 3%.
