Exploration and Practice of Specialized Laboratory Construction and Innovative Talents Cultivation
It has become an important issue for universities how to improve the students specialized innovative ability, practical ability and entrepreneurship. The measures taken in the Automation Laboratory of Yantai University are introduced to promote orderly development of scientific & technological innovative activities. It has been shown through several years practices: through establishing the improved management & stimulus mechanism and necessary laboratory open system for the scientific & technological innovative activities, not only the cultivation of students innovation ability but also the construction and function transformation of specialized laboratory can be promoted.
