A Research on Teaching Evaluation by Students Based on Voting Paradox Model Method
According to a two-year survey of over 1000 university students, as a common method to evaluate teachers1 teaching quality, the teaching evaluation by students is lowly reliable. This article will take three classes Tor example to introduce how to evaluate groups reliability of teaching evaluation by voting paradox model (VPM). According to the analysis of the attitude to teaching evaluation, effective guide can be adopted to achieve a higher reliability of teaching evaluation. Different groups have different reliability of teaching evaluation; therefore, it is unfair to sequence teachers teaching equality by different reliability. Various emotional factors of teaching evaluation will cause a result of better or worse. This article introduced how to improve reliability of teaching evaluation, how to get a better result of teaching evaluation and how to raise the experience of teaching equality by teaching evaluation by students.
