Analysis on Government E-procurement Model and the Development Countermeasures

摘要：

Internet has expanded to various countries and created a new business model, namely E-business. Implementation of government E-procurement is the only way and inevitable trend of government procurement under the guidance of scientific development concept. The significance E-business applications in government procurement are described and advantages and disadvantages are also be summarized through analyzing exist government procurement system. The model of government Eprocurement system is discussed on the basis of analysis on business processes and the various functional modules are also be described.
