A Rational Discussion on Deviated Problems between Enterprise Management Teaching and Business Community in Universities

摘要：

The nature of the management discipline determines that management theory comes from practice,so there should not be any deviated problems between the theory and practice.However,in reality the problems indeed exist between management specialty teaching and the business community.Starting from this basic question,combining teaching and research experience,analyzing the reasons that theory deviates from practice,this paper puts forward the basic improved ideas to well promote the interaction between teaching and business,so as to cultivate more practical talents combining business theory and practice.
