摘要：

Research on necessity and importance of bilingual teaching in higher education,and focuses on challenges and opportunities for both teachers and students.The study seeks to develop a teaching model that achieves both a learning gain of professional knowledge for the learners and also an improvement in the learners bilingual skill whilst engaging in this process.
