Research on HS-CDIO-based Training Model of Educational Technology
This paper took the demand for the talents of contemporary society as a starting point,and combining the characteristics of Education Technology,it proposed a new Education Technology training mode under the background of education reform which took the HS-CDIO as the philosophy,design of project as the carrier and learning of project as the method.The new training mode can dramatically improve students practical abilities,team awareness and innovation abilities,and make them feel more self-confident in the fierce competition in the community.
