The Application of Project Management in Project-Driven Teaching Model

Project-driven teaching model is a special teaching model in Jiangxi Normal University. Though the model has been a great success, there are still some problems. This paper puts forward that project management technology is applied to project-driven teaching model through tutorial system. It means the use of mature engineering technologies and methods in teaching management. Regarding teaching activities as engineering project not only represents an useful exploration for teaching management model, but also plays a very active role in improving our teaching management. The study and practice of this research proves that the application of project management methods in teaching can serve the purpose of improving teaching effectiveness.
