A Second-Order Gm-C Continuous Time Filter in Mobile Radio Receiver Architecture
In this paper the design of a CMOS second-order butterworth low-pass Gm-C filter for baseband communication is presented. In the analog signal processing, the anti-aliasing filter would be one of the most important circuits in the transceiver architecture. The second-order butterworth Gm-C low-pass filter using the proposed transconductore is simulated in a 0.18μm CMOS process. In this project, we have minimized the power consumption of the anti aliasing filter. The circuit consumed 384.44μwatt through a 1.8V power supply with a cut off frequency 24MHZ.
