H∞Performance for a Class of Uncertain Linear Time-delay Systems Based on LMI

By using linear matrix inequality approach, this paper deals with Hx control problem for a class of uncertain linear systems with time-varying st-ate and control input delays and normbounded parameter perturbations. A sufficient condition for such system to be robust stabilization by state feedback is obtained based on LMI approach. Moreover, the result is not only stabilizes the time-delay system, but also m-akes the H∞ norm of such closed-loop system to be less than a given upper bound.
