The Construction Model of Design Culture for Manufacture Enterprises Based on Product Innovation
In order to improve the product innovation at firmslevel, this paper proposed the construction of manufacturing enterprises R&D culture based on out empirical and qualitative analysis, and concluded that the enterprise R&D culture is the backbone and core for the development of organisational culture and the soul of product innovation The construction of enterprise R&D culture is in urgent need to upgrade Made in China into Created in China. Based on the analysis of the relationship between product innovation and industrial design, the model and the specific path of R&D culture development of manufacturing enterprises were constructed and pointed out in this paper.
