Competency Evaluation of Innovative Talents on SMB Based on Unascertained Measure
Constructing evaluation index system of competency on innovative talents in SMB based on the definition of competency, the characteristics of SMB, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the competency of innovative talents in SMB by using unascertained measure model creatively. A concrete example of practical application is given to show the effectiveness of this method. It is a new method for competency evaluation of innovative talents, which has an important theoretical and practical value.
