The Virtualization of SME Cluster from the Organizational Perspective
While the development model of SME cluster is enhancing the market competitiveness of SME, there also exist structural, cyclical and network risks. The virtualization of the cluster is an effective way to solve these risks and problems. This article provides ideas and methods for the SME clusters virtualization of organizational structure and operational framework. Furthermore, it also uses indicators of virtualized degree to assess the extent of virtual clusters operation, and emphasizes virtualization to run small and medium enterprises for sustainable development in the direction of the cluster that not only raise the level of SME cluster development and hierarchy consequentially, but also is an effective action to avoid or spread business risk in SME cluster development.
