Enlightenment on Policies for SME Financing of Foreign Government to China

摘要：

SMEs make more and more contribution to the national economy year by year and every country pays more and more attention on SMEs. There is a variety of problems in SME development and one of them is the financing bottleneck that hinders SME development and growth. This paper analyzes supporting policies for SME financing by western governments to make inspiration for our SMEs.
