Positive Interaction Between Venture Capital and Growth of SMEs-Based on Empirical Data of Listed Company on Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Board

摘要：

Based on the empirical data of listed companies on SMEs Board in China,this paper studies and analyzes the role of venture capital plays in facilitating growth of SMEs and affecting their growth in using venture capital. It shows that venture capital and SMEs growth are interactive and mutually promotive. The combination of both is out of their inherent needs and is in conformity with their natures. Such a combination is mutually beneficial and positively interactive.
