The Choice of Knowledge Transfer Models in SMB Strategic Alliance
Because of their weakness and independence, SMB must construct a stable and effective strategic alliance to realize continuous development in the environment of financial crisis. Knowledge transfer can develop core competence and build sustained competitive advantage for SMB in the strategic alliance. Choosing the right knowledge transfer model to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer is the premise for the stability of SMB strategic alliance. This article summarizes four kinds of knowledge transfer models in SMB strategic alliance according to the outcome of the relevant research. Through discussing the issue on choosing these knowledge transfer models, we emphasize five corresponding propositions for the choice of knowledge transfer models in SMB strategic alliance.
