The Development Mode and Situation of Skilled Talent of SMEs in China
Skilled employees are an important part of corporate human resources. Their quality and quantity affect the level of technology innovation. This paper analyzed the situation and existing problems of the skilled talent development in Chinas SMEs firstly. Then, we put forward a spiral mode of skilled talent development based on knowledge management theory, and introduced the models application conditions and strategies for SMEs.
