The Excessive Agglomeration, Efficient Loss and the Development Strategy of SMEs
By means of Gini coefficient, MHHI and Spatial separation index, the trend of manufacturing industrial agglomeration is on the rise. According to the variation characteristics of capital efficiency and labor productivity in the process of industrial agglomeration, input surplus and output deficit on combination of factors were found in some excessive agglomeration industries. Obviously, the excessive agglomeration industries need to be optimized the allocation and combination of productive factors or transferred. The conclusions put forward include a theory foundation for the grads transfer of industries, optimized allocation and combination of productive factors, and SMEs development and differentiation strategy.
