The Impact of Foreign Bank Entry on Banking Efficiency in China

摘要：

With foreign banks to enter completely into Chinese market, the scope and extent of competition between Chinas commercial banks and foreign banks will be broadened and deepened. Therefore, there are many scholars analyzing the impact of foreign bank entry on banking efficiency in China. This paper considers the impact of foreign bank entry on banking efficiency in China by using Eviews 6. 0 model. The sample is based on 11 commercial banks panel data of China during year 2000-2008.
