Development Strategy of Small and Medium Enterprises in Supply Chain Environment
Based on the analysis of Chinas small and medium enterprises (SMEs) development, this paper considers the dynamic factors to implement supply chain management for SMEs, and offers SMEs development strategies in supply chain environment They are: implementation of supply chain management, construction of core competitiveness, rely on the relationship between enterprises on the supply chain node and steady development, actively building up a supply chain strategicpart nership to promote SMEs to survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
