Analytic Hierarchy Process based Decision Making Analysis for Small and Medium Third Party Logistics Enterprises
Nowadays, the rapid developing small and medium third-party logistics enterprises (SMTPLEs) are facing increasingly difficult marketing environments caused both by external factors such like competitorsstrategic alliances, and internal factors including the needs of keeping pace with the technology development Usually, the administratorsdecision making abilities directly determine whether or not SMTPLEs can acquire an advantage position in the fierce competitions, and maintain a steady and fast development Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a widely applied quantitative analysis method which has been applied in decision making processes by a number of SMTPLEs. In this paper, a case study is analyzed by an AHP based decision making model, therefore providing feasible suggestions. Moreover, the whole analysis processes is employed to demonstrate the application of an AHP model.
