Evaluation on Entrepreneurship Environment of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Henan Based on Scientific Development View

摘要：

This paper builds up an evaluation index system for entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises according to systematic theory, disequilibrium theory and endogenous theory guided by scientific development view. On the basis of the index system, entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan is evaluated by u sing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation result indicates that it is at the stage of ordinary level. This shows that some elements in entrepreneurship environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Henan needs to be further improved.
