State of Diversity in French SMBs

摘要：

This article aims to re-focalize on the the issues related to cultural diversity in the discussion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) with the aim of illustrating the current state of diversity in French SMBs. While the diversity of employees is of interest to many researchers in the English-speaking countries, however very little work, have been carried out in France. What is the status of diversity in French SMBs? Does it really participates in the performance as the literature suggests?
