Social Responsibility Born by Growing Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Growing small and medium-sized enterprises mainly refer to the enterprises staying at the entrepreneurial stage but have vast potentials for improving sustainable development capability and getting high returns from investments. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) born by growing small and medium-sized enterprises derives from not only transaction rule of honesty and credibility but also corporate core values and management ideas. This paper introduces CSR into analysis of corporate growth, and develops a model of CSR bom by growing small and medium-sized enterprises. Finally, it analyses recognition mechanism, choice mechanism, evaluation system and conversion mechanism of interests.
