An Empirical Research of the Relationship between Employee Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility and Affective Commitment

This paper provides an empirical research on the relationship between perceptions of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Employee Affective Commitment (EAC). First of all, the literature review sets up a model for the empirical research, which is used to test the influences of personal characteristics, the relationship between CSR and EAC, and the influences of the corporate size on the relationship between CSR and EAC. The second part is the survey carried out for this research, followed by the statistical analysis of the survey. Finally three conclusions, together with some suggestions, are proposed.
