Interface of Resilience, Work-family Conflict on Entrepreneurial Satisfaction
This paper explored how positive psychological traits such as resilience (one of internal factors), Work-Family interface (one of external factors) and their interface on entrepreneurial satisfaction by choosing some small start-up businesses in Shanghai and Jiangsu province as test samples. The results indicate that resilience has a positive correlation with entrepreneurial satisfaction, and a significant negative correlation with work-family conflict (WFC) and family-work conflict (FWC). Furthermore, it is demonstrated that entrepreneurial satisfaction has no significant correlation with WFC, but has a significant negative correlation with family-work conflict The family-work conflict has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurs resilience and their satisfaction, after controlling the demographic variables.
