Risk Management Based on Organizational Health: A Case Study

摘要：

From the perspective of organizational health, this paper had a scientific assessment on organizational business conditions, and categorized organizational health based on adaptability of an organization to its external environment and level of integration of resources within the organizatioa Based on organizational health assessment, corporate crisis management can timely detect potential problems in the course of business, and take measures before the crisis, thus turning crises into opportunities.
