Hotel industry is labor-intensive. However, the low employee satisfaction and large turnover troubled human resource management as a common phenomenon in hotel. This study assumes that employee social responsibility management is closely positively correlated with employee satisfaction (ES). We surveyed four star hotels in Hunan province with questionnaire including employee social responsibility scale with discrimination and punishment, health and safety, freedom of association and negotiation, work time, forced labor, wage system, law benefit and legally engagement factors, and employee satisfaction scale. Combining with factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, this paper proved that the employee social responsibility management has a significant positive impact on employee satisfaction (ES), and the responsibilities of health and safety, freedom of association and negotiation, forced labor, wage system, discrimination and punishment impact employee satisfaction significantly.
