The Relationship between Entrepreneurial Capability and Growth Performance of Small & Medium-sized Enterprises: Based on Small & Medium-sized Enterprises in Zhejiang Province

摘要：

The prospective influence to enterprise affected by entrepreneurial capability has attracted considerable research interests. This paper takes SMEs in Zhejiang province as research subject We analyze the role of entrepreneur during the enterprises growing process and conclude that the entrepreneurial capablity plays positve roles for growing performance of enterprise. Among all positive correlation results, the capability of opportunity identification shows the biggest effect on the growth of SME.
