The Research of Lubrication Applied in the Rolling Bearings of the Router Based on Acoustic Emission

摘要：

The author detects the lubrication of rolling bearing in woodworking Router by acoustic emission (AE). Under the load status,the author makes the comparative study about the AE experiment among the grease lubrication, non-lubrication and air-oil lubrication using waveform analysis and parameter analysis of AE technology. The author also studies the vibration signal under different lubrication condition by vibration measurement.
