An Experimental Analysis about Structure Difference of Disc ToothEffect Fiber Shape and Size
CONCLUSIONS (1)The process mechanism of disc has a close relationship with the setting method of tooth structure parameter; the capability of disc embodies the comprehensive action of tooth structure parameter. (2)The tooth width and cut length effect the efficiency of disc through changing separating method and intensity, farther it will affect the shape and quality of fiber directly. The groove width, tooth obliquity and number of circumference tooth mainly affect the separating time of fiber through changing the moving method and speed, which the influence is indirectly to shape and quality of fiber.
