Application of Methyl Cellulose in Asphalt Mixtures

摘要：

As a result of the methyl cellulose fine performance,it is widely applied in the asphalt mixtures. This article introduced the detail of methyl celluloses performance. Using the interface theory and the materials theory, the acting mechanism of asphalt modified by methyl cellulose has been analyzed. It was found that the textile fiber-asphalt substrate interface structure improved nature of asphalt colloidal by the functions of the physical reinforcement, the adsorption stabilization, the dispersed tackifier.
