Effects of Different Circular Sawing Rates on Surface Qualities of Wood Plastic Composites
Surfaces created by different circular sawing rates of the rice hull flour filled with common thermoplastics polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composites were investigated and analyzed in this paper. The surface roughness was chosen to evaluate the surface qualities. Results showed that the profile arithmetic average error (Ra) range and highest height of profile (Rz) range of different rice hull flour/thermoplastics composites were different under the sawing rate from 2500 to 5500 rpm. The sawing rates had significant effects on the surface qualities of rice hull flour/PE composites and rice hull flour/PVC composites. But the sawing rates had no significantly effects on the surface qualities of rice hull flour/PP composites.
