Discussion of Hydrolysis Technology of the Regenerated Silk Protein

This essay investigates the hydrolysis technology of the regenerated silk protein and the effects of the concentration of NaOH, temperature on the hydrolysis process of regenerated silk protein. The results show that the higher the concentration of NaOH is the greater degree of hydrolysis of regenerated silk protein and the higher the product yields. Hydrolysis is accelerated with higher temperature, but it has negative effects on the color of the corresponding hydrolysis fluid.
