Automatic Identification of lyocell and cotton fibers
Based on image processing, cluster analysis is applied in this study to identifying lyocell and cotton fibers. First of all, two indirect parameters are established by the factor analysis. Secondly, the three-dimensional surface of probability and the distribution map of probability density are established. Finally, according to the contour lines and distance, the clusters of lyocell and cotton fibers in the distribution map of probability density are segmented. The experiment showed that the accuracy of auto-identification is above 95 percent.
