Signal Detection of Hybrid DS/FH Spread Spectrum Signals Based on S Transform
This paper presents a new method of signal detection for hybrid DS/FH_BPSK signals based on a time-frequency (TF) technique known as S transform (ST). First, the statistical properties of S spectrum of Gaussian white noise are deduced in detail. The conclusion that the normalization S spectrum of white noise approximately obeys 2 χ distribution of 2-degree-of-freedom is obtained. Secondly, a test statistic is constructed and the detection threshold varying linearly with frequency is obtained by theoretical analysis. Finally, the detection is designed to detect hybrid DS/FH Spread Spectrum signals. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively achieve the blind detection for hybrid DS/FH spread spectrum signals without any priori knowledge.
