Small motions will result in heavy influence to the production in high-speed paper machine, therefore, decoupling control is necessary. This passage Puts forward the opposite angles strategies to solve the function of decoupling aiming at solving the difficulty that occurs in practice, like the characteristic of hard-coupling and non-linear. According to the mathematics model of the flow box, decoupling the quantity of the two couplings in the processes. Meanwhile, Introduces the SIEMENS S7-300 PLC and the DCS system that is realized by the it.
